Exchange Policy

We strive to make your shopping experience with us smooth and worry-free by offering an easy exchange policy.


Exchange Process:

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team via WhatsApp at +92 370 0166418. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. Once your exchange request is processed, the courier will pick up the item from the customer. The item must be properly packed with its tag intact before handing it over to the courier

Exchange Period:

Customers can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving their delivery.

Delivery Fee:

Please note that the delivery fee will be charged again when we send the exchanged item(s) back to you.

Exchange Eligibility:

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags and labels attached.
